3. Local Delivery & Provincial Shipping Terms

  • Local Next-Day Delivery: Available for qualifying postal codes in our designated service zones for a flat rate of $12.99 on orders over $30.
    • Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM EST to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will roll over to the subsequent delivery day.
    • Simply enter your postal code at checkout—if eligible, our Local Next Delivery ($12.99) option will automatically unlock
  • Ontario-Wide Standard Shipping: FREE standard shipping is available on all provincial orders totaling $30 or more.
  • Production Windows: Ready-to-ship items (such as jewelry and hair accessories) are dispatched according to regular delivery schedules. Custom apparel items require a 24 to 48-hour production window before they are dispatched for shipping or local delivery.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

  • Eligible ready-to-ship items (jewelry and accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All custom apparel sales are final due to their custom-made-to-order nature, unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Sale and clearance items are also final sale.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Salita or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
